The 14-day trial is the full plugin, free, with no card. It is there so nobody has to buy JuicyType to find out whether it suits their work.
If you buy a license and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first payment and to renewals alike, and to Monthly, Yearly and Team plans. No form, no reason required; a reason helps us, but it is not a condition.
After 14 days a charge is not refundable, but you can cancel at any time from your account and keep using JuicyType until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the last one.
Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record, so a refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, from Paddle. It usually shows within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. A refund ends the license it paid for.
If JuicyType does not work on your setup, write to us before asking for a refund. Most problems are fixed in a day, and if we cannot fix yours, the 14-day window is not the limit: we will refund you.
Nothing here reduces the refund rights consumer law gives you where you live, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK.
